Noga founded Food Impact Partners with the goal of bringing the best leaders to the purpose-driven corners of the food industry. Having observed a pressing need for specialized leadership recruiting in the rapidly evolving food innovation space, she introduced a “no-nonsense” approach shaped by her background in investing: efficient, results-driven, and relationship-focused. Noga holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Anna has been at the nexus of recruiting and sustainable proteins, biomanufacturing, and agritech for nearly a decade. She is a passionate, well-known global recruiter in the sustainable protein and future food space, with extensive recruiting and leadership experience at firms like Charlton Morris and CSG Global. Anna holds a BA in Business and Management from Leeds Beckett University.

Laura Hodgkiss, Head of Communications

Laura has spent most of her career embedded in the foodtech and agritech ecosystems, holding marketing and communications leadership roles at FoodHack and ClimateHack—where she built weekly newsletters reaching 30,000+ readers worldwide and supported six global HackSummits—and at Rethink Events, the company behind the World Agri-Tech and Future Food-Tech summits. Laura is based in the UK and holds a degree from the University of Surrey.

Eyal is an established food tech leader, advisor, and board member. Recent leadership positions include VP of Product and R&D at Hero Bread and Director of Product Management at Impossible Foods. Eyal holds a B.Sc in Biotechnology and Food Engineering from Technion, Israel and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

David Kay, Cellular Agriculture Advisor

David Kay

Cellular Agriculture Advisor

David was Director of Communications at UPSIDE Foods, a cultivated meat company. He served as VP of AMPS (the Association for Meat, Poultry & Seafood Innovation) and advises From Fauna (formerly the Cellular Agriculture Society). David holds a BA in political science from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Bryce has 20+ years of experience in supply chain management, distribution & logistics solutions, and sustainable packaging solutions. Most recently, Bryce was President of Genet Western, a global supply chain food packaging brokerage specializing in sourcing, distribution, national accounts, and supply chain solutions. Bryce holds a B.S. from the University of California, Berkeley.
